This frame gives plenty of options for fitting out, having both 30×30 and 20×20 FC mounting options.

If using the M3 30×30 mounting holes, the flight controller stack bolts will also be used to secure the arms. But these go through the open cut-out in the arm, so the arm can still be easily removed. The 20×20 mounting holes are not part of the arm securing system.

The kit is supplied with 25mm M3 tapered head bolts for 30×30 stack mounting. However, I would recommend swapping these out for ones that are 30 to 35mm long to give more space in the stack. Pan-head or Block head bolts will do fine, even though the frame has recesses for tapered-head bolts.
