0802 motors between 19,000KV and 25,000KV are a great choice for a 1S whoops. For 1.2 inch (31mm) props choose a 3 blade prop. For 1.6 inch (40mm) props choose a 2 blade prop. 
This 25,000KV motor is best paired with a 1.2 Inch (31mm) 3 blade prop. However the Mobula7 Freestyle HD runs a 25,000KV motor with a 1.6 inch (40mm) 3 blade prop.
